$1.00/1, $2.00/1, etc. : One dollar off one product, two dollars off one product, etc.



$1.00/2, $2.00/2, etc.: One dollar off two products, two dollars off two products, etc. You must buy two of the product to get the discount.



BOGO: Buy One Get One (Usually Free or 1/2 off)



B1G1, B2G1: Buy One Get One, Buy Two Get One



Blinkie: Coupons distributed on the aisles in stores



Coupon insert: Inserts in the Sunday newspapers that include coupons. These include Smartsource (SS), Redplum (RP), and Proctor and Gamble (P&G)



ECB: Extra Care Bucks from CVS



EXP : Expires or expiration date



Hangtag: A coupon found hanging from a product.



IP : Internet Printable



MIR: Mail in Rebate



OOP: Out of Pocket (The amount you spend)



One coupon per purchase: Ability to use one coupon per item



One coupon per transaction: Ability to use one coupon per transaction (You can do separate transactions)



Peelie: Coupons found adhered to products



Q: abbreviation for coupon



Raincheck: A Rain Check is a written slip that you can request from a store when a sale item is out of stock.



Rebate: A rebate is a refund of part or all of the amount paid.



RR: Register Rewards from Walgreens. Basically a coupon printed from the register for use on your next transaction.



Transaction: a transaction refers to your entire purchase, especially the payment you make for that purchase.



Tear Pad: A pad of manufacturer coupons found near product on shopping aisles.



WYB: When You Buy.
