The first thing you need to start couponing is...COUPONS! So go get your Sunday papers. No, you don't need to buy a million papers to get a collection of coupons, just buy a couple of papers each Sunday so you at least have 2 of each coupon.
Another great way to get coupons is online. Check out http://www.coupons.com/, http://www.redplum.com/, and http://www.smartsource.com/. These sites update their coupons often, especially the first of every month.
Here in Southwest Georgia, we receive only two out of three coupon inserts: Proctor and Gamble (P&G) and SmartSource (SS). The other one we don't get is RedPlum (RP).
