 Olive Oil Bread Dip
1 tsp. crushed red peppre
1 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Italian Bread

This is great if you love a more herb filled bread dip!

Main Course:
Baked Ziti
1 box of Ziti
1 can of tomatoes (drained)
1 lb. ground beef
1 bell pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
1 can tomato sauce
A little olive oil
Oregano, Basil, salt, and pepper to season
Topped with Parmesan Cheese

Preheat Oven to 350.
Brown and drain the beef. Add onion, bell peppers, and a little olive oil. Cook until tender.
Add tomatoes and tomato sauce to mixture. Add spices. Simmer and cover for about 10 minutes.
Cover and throw in oven for 15 minutes. Last 5 minutes top with parmesan cheese!
Serve this with a nice salad.

Dessert:
Easy Blueberry Cobbler
Melt 1/2 stick of butter. Pour into a small casserole dish.
Mix together:
      1 c. flour
      1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
      1/2 tsp. salt
      3/4 c. milk
      1/4 c. sugar
Pour mixture over the butter (DO NOT MIX WITH BUTTER)

Mix together:
      2 c. blueberries
      1/3 c. water
      1/2 c. sugar
Spoon blueberry mixture over batter (DO NOT MIX WITH BATTER)

Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. The blueberries will mix with the batter. This is a quick and easy cobbler type recipe.  I love it!
